Were those red flags?

I have been trying to join this certain institute to complete my higher studies.It is the only place from where I can upgrade my present level 6 qualification to an undergraduate degree. I have been trying thrice but something always came my way and couldn't get enrolled. Not because they didn't select me. First it was my dad disliking the institute , then not being able to find accommodation and then I fell ill.Something always came up and I was distracted. I missed the intakes thrice.I am planning to join in 2018 November.If I need to make any change as in to change my direction it is only now that I have the chance. By looking at the past incidents (I see as signs of red flags- or maybe they are not red flags) I am kind of confused.

If I didn't make a decision this year I will be too old to enroll for any other undergraduate degree because I am already 22

So were those distractions signs of red flags ?


I have been dreaming to study overseas . But with the finances I am not sure. Even though that is what I really want , it is impossible. I can let the universe solve this but the time is ticking ��
The possible path is joining the institute here. But there are red flags.And now I am getting a feeling not to go there.

I have no other choice either. What should I do?
