Hello
That all depends on the Soul and what is there ready for you to come in again. I have worked with one's that have passed an then moments later a new family member comes in, as time goes by its clear that it might well be the Soul of the one passed.
Looking at the patterns of past lives I have had it seems that I come in and out fairly quickly at time 20 years being the lowest span. For one of my Son's he remembers Normandy Beach and being a soldier landing there.

Incarnations depend greatly on the particular over-soul. Many have multiple 'sumultaneous' (over-souls are outside of time) incarnations though usually not in a way they interact directly. When an over-soul incarnates in different universes, measurement of time between them has no meaning.
As far as I can tell, I am one of at least 5000 current incarnations out of vastly more total. As this is my one and only incarnation on this universe, the question can not be answered.
Some over-souls like to reincarnate multiple times in nearly the same place. Others like mine never visit a universe more than three times, usually only once.

On average I've read 100 years. But it can be a minute to 1,000 years in between incarnations.
I've also read it is best to spend time researching what you want to do and what family you want to incarnate within. Some souls do, some do not (research).

Depends on the spirit! Depends how much evolved he is, depends on the lessons he must have/learn, depends on his free will to be ready to face flesh again, depends on how sucessfull he was in his last incarnation in acomplish his reincarnation plan...
So many variables to deal with that find an average will be totally irrelevant
Also dont forget time is different in the spiritual world!

I noticed on my recent incarnations (last 200 years) the gap between was initially 10-14 years, but more recently the gap has grown longer to about 20 years. I feel that might be that Ive wanted to stay in the other world longer as Ive grown.
