As to the first, perhaps because there is no deity in Hebrew scripture with the name Jehovah, nor for that matter Yehovah.

As to the second, perhaps because Elohim is not a name. It is for, want of a better term, a job description.

B'shalom,

Peter

I love that, RabbiO: "a job description." They created.

I have seen this and the Thousand Petaled Lotus Flower!

And Wowsa....is all I can say!!!!

We always agree, as you know...

As far as I know, the Light of 10,000 suns is your Soul, Higher Self and the Thousand Petaled Lotus Flower refers to Sahasrara, the state when consciousness merges with the unity when the seventh chakra is awakened.

When you experience It...you know what It is.
Oh yeah, my 7th Chakra was opened ! Tho, I didn't know that...I probably
Would have thought I was just traveling really fast into the 6th...because it
Was that area it came into vision.

(However, the moment "I" recognized, "WOW, that's the Thousand Petaled Lotus Flower!"
It disappeared!
Figures...ha).

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

I love the lord's Prayer.
As I learn and advance through personal spiritual growth, I found that I do not have to turn my back on Christianity at all.
The Christ consciousness is very important, whether he was a real human or not. Tiperath, or Beauty, on the Tree of Life is where all that gave their lives for humanity are located, that is the spot of beauty.
I have once seen how the Lord prayer coincides with the Tree of Life, with Kether as the first line and Malkuth as the last line , for being on earth.
