It is normal for emotions to intensify as you will become more sensitive to things.

but one does also need to take some care as if one is doing more of the high powered kind of meditations to fast track one's growth, it is possible to do too much and end up with problems.

One way kundalini syndrome may present is in out of control emotions including intense rages. So if you feel like it's actually becoming an issue be prepared to cut back on what you are doing or even stop for a while to allow things to settle.

are coming from people that do not know the holy subtleties of the inner connection of the heart and soul...then,
to have grace, a supernatural spiritual event take over.

Please, let God Himself or as some say, your Higher Self lead you.

The journey itself is sweet...please, let the natural course take place like a flower blooming.
Never let impatience take over this inner Path.

My input.

I appreciate your thoughts, Miss H. Impatience is not part of Yoga, but we open ourselves to the possibility of Divine Grace through steady effort, with no concern for the result.

As the saying goes, we take one step towards God and God takes ten steps towards us. But we have to take that step.

Peace.

Each journey is unique and pathless
May then your ‘effort’ be effortless
In doerless stillness

Indeed. The paradox is that we make the effort to reach the point where we let go of effort to attain the effortless state.

Peace.
