Voices of Flowers

Flowers speak a thousand voices
Of loving moments where their presence
Affords the sense of rare,
Beauty leaving memory’s luminescence.

Flowers crown dances and weddings,
Bright background of sweet harmony
Carrying the fragrant transcendent of
All we may ever wish to be.

Fresh blossoms of colorspun grace,
Living and bending so humble and true
Recall to us the divine face
Of all that’s within me, within you.

Starflower, your wonderful poem bathes me in the light of harmony and serene spirituality. Your verse affirms my belief that the Plant Kingdom is further along its evolutionary path than other Kingdoms of Nature; that is, it is closer to its spiritual goal and purpose.
You make a great start with the opening words "Flowers speak a thousand voices of loving moments......" And I especially enjoy these beautiful words, "Carrying the fragrant transcendent of all we may ever wish to be.
