being flung in an unreable direction

Seeking out the lights that radiates through the cracks in my heart, I came up this psalm that feels inspiring...

"And the guilt of your sin, by God's astounding mercy, has been flung in the unreachable direction, never to be found again for all time"
Psalm 103:11-12
To Extremes

Reminds me of having a bad habit that ruins your life on a daily basis. It has been cast upon you from a distant place that is unreachable, meaning it will always be there to make you "sin". It becomes unreachable in another sense once for discover how to understand the light that will fight throw that habit, never to reach you again.

Has anybody suffered through an habit/addiction that prevented your life from moving in a direction that healed the promise of a new beginning?

If so, please share. I could use some inspiration right now to overcome my binge eating disorder. It is always something, and its usually that unreachable satisfaction that food temporarily brings.

I need to let go of finding food satisfying, as this disorder has made by life hell.

Every day is a new beginning and the end of the world as we know it. Life is full of choices to make this round of 24hrs. When bad days happen. Remember, it can be fixed. The past is only a tool to learn from nothing more. Tomorrow even 10 minutes....., 30 seconds from now is where the changes happen.
