CONJURING HEALING ENERGY

Hey. Honestly im pretty sure everyone can do this, but i can sort of conjure up energy. I dont think im creating the energy, i think its coming from somewhere, but yeah.. its pretty cool.

I pretty much just imagine a ball of the type of energy i want to feel (loving, nurturing, soothing, etc), and the energy ball sort of comes into existence.. and i can feel that energy. Its super cool. I cant see it with my actual eyes, but i can see it very clearly and vividly with my minds eye.*im not imagining these energy balls in my head, but in real life.

I have an emotional blockage, and when i conjure a nurturing energy ball, the emotional blockage comes up... ready to be released.

The problem is, i cannot conjure the nuturing energy ball, and release the emotional blockage at the same time.

I can only do one or the other.

So what happens is, i conjure the nurturing energy ball, the emotional blockage shoots up, and then i begin to release the blockage through crying, but since i cant cry AND keep the nurturing energy ball in existence, the nurturing energy ball disappears.

So i need someones help.

Can anyone help me with this, or do you have any idea who i can go to about this without sounding completely crazy?

I think if you visualize/picture that ball of energy around you, wrapped around you like a blanket, picture that ball of energy transforming, the energy in your blockage into nurturing energy as you let go and release the energy in your blockage.

for me, visualization helps to the degree that it turns on my heart. once i feel the energy of love and gratitude in my heart chakra (and you WILL feel it when it's turned on) THAT energy that is felt, travels through my whole body and outwards. i have healed myself in countless ways from cavities to back issues to high blood pressure to rejuvenating even growing an inch after the age of 30

You are on the right track with the energy ball. Now do it without being emotionally involved. No need to meditate but sit or stand quietly and when you are sufficiently detached make one. Make sure you have no expectations. Learning this trait is harder than making the ball. When you can do this you say you can't see it. OK but can you feel it using your hands? Do you know about the palm chakras? They are minor centers used by empaths. The essential coloring of these is green but depending on how they are used the colors will change. Try creating a ball of energy at about five feet off the floor or ground. Do this at night for best results. Now, when you are relaxed, visualize your hands opening up. Hold them about four inches apart, palms inward. Feel electrical or needles like sensations? OK they're open. Now use them to find the ball. When you feel it it will have resistance like a ball of plasma yielding if you push into it. Feel it? Now send the ball back to the creative source from whence it came. When you can do these things predictably and without emotions, without using you own energies you will be ready for some next steps if you are interested... Good luck.
