I hope you all had a wonderful Samhain!

We had a death in our family so the week was full of emotions. She was buried on the 30th so I felt her spirit was still very much around on the 31st/1st. After our bonfire the night of the 31st, I set a place for her at the patio table with wine and cake, her picture in a frame and I lit a candle to burn through the night to light her way home.

My condolences on your loss, Treehugger. I think the Dumb Supper is a lovely thing to do at Samhain
