Yeah the Kundalini is purifying it.. I don't really know how it works, just that it does. It does make me stronger and I've come a along way in the last nine months since my kundalini was activated.. but this blockage is so large and stubborn

I feel like it might be from a past life too. All my other chakras had no problem clearing the abuse. My heart was very twisted at one point yet now it's perfectly clear and open.. it's my strongest chakra. The rest of my chakras are fine too. Just my solar plexus that is being difficult??

It is not all that feel it immediately. The one who showed it to me had one who did what you did, where she felt nothing so she kept trying, just to find herself some days later overwhelmed because she had over done it. It can be that your blockage is blocking the sensation. So I suggest that first step is to give it time and see, before we do something else. Step two: if nothing happens is to adjust it and try again if you feel like it

Maybe you dont need to know what it is. Just want it gone. My last block was pain from a past life. I wasnt aware of it at all. Didnt make much sense to me at the time cos I wasnt in pain but I was told thats what it was so I just picked it up and let it go.

This sounds real comforting I can't remember how long I pushed it for each time

I thought so too I get the sense that you should see how your dreams go, and just follow the flow that comes from there. Keep in mind that not remembering also reveals something

Yes, I find that many get quite frustrated. Yet it is their loss if they do not have the patience or stamina to gain what I have to offer. Many in physical wake choose to eat quite a lot of junk; one would think it was different with what spiritual people ingest through their mind

One of the reasons I am not spiritual is because I in general find it too shallow and narrow, even with all its good intentions.
