An affirmation I do before giving readings
There are of course a million and one different things we can do before doing spiritual work, but I think it is about making a connection. But, affirmations used before doing readings or any other spiritual work can be very uplifting, and inspiring as well. One that I like and have been using a lot over the past few months is:
"I am the light, the light is in me, the light moves through me, the light surrounds me, the light protects me."

I am not quite sure what you are asking here. This is an affirmation, combine it with visualization as you say it to yourself or out loud. |

With any affirmation do whatever you need to do to feel the essence of the message of the affirmation. You can't do it wrong, just the comfortable natural way for you. |
