Trapped emotions/energy in my heart?!
Hi
I have been working alot recently on integrating and releasing trapped emotions from my body. I feel I have made some great progress in this area and feel the positive healing changes.
However, as I go deeper into this work and am really getting to some of my 'core' issues. It feels like I have some emotion/energy stuck in my heart space. It actually feels like it is in my heart?! Is this possible? Also, this feels like it may be difficult to resolve. Or is that just my fear?
