elemental energy used for telekinesis

I was working on elemental energy conversation last night when a thought hit. I saw using the channeling fingers as well as the third eye spirit energy in the form of a shadow.

What this means Is we convert our energy using ball energy in our hands to spirit energy. Process picture the third eye linked together with both channeling fingers forming a triangle. Use the ball energy gathered in hands to visualize the ball energy changing into a form of a shadow using spirit to control The shadow hands are used to extend to a object just like you would pick up a normal object.
