I have also been looking into Mindfulness classes if anyone could give me any information on that please?

The lifestyle that we follow nowadays is such that stress has become a major part of our lives. Be it examinations or working in a professional environment, we tend to feel stressed if there is a lot of work or a lot of pressure for meeting deadlines. Stress leads to health issues that start affecting our lives. But stress can be controlled by meditating. Meditation is one such tool that helps us in dealing situations with a cool and calm mind. according to me, if I feel stressed I just close my eyes and take a deep breath, after I open my eyes I feel fresh and a little less stresed. These are some of the techniques said by the Divine Spiritual Leader Sadhguru. And for all those who are suffering from stress, The Isha Foundation is celebrating Mahashivratri on March 10 where you can be a part of the meditation and Sadhguru addressing the audience.

There's tons of stuff, but a lot of stuff is stupid, so search google and discern for yourself what is valid.
