A walk on the stral walks ......

THORT I WOULD SHARE IF ANY1 LIKES TO MEDITATE

--well this is a meditation tecnique, for the astral walks, instead of opening up the chakras in my normal way both me and my teacher tried it a different way, i visualised a lilac ball comin towards me , then its starts spinning, its moven very fast and starts to come towards my third eye, it then entres through the 3rd eye, and it travels down to each of my body parts filling all my body in pure lilac light, from my head to my toes,and it relaxes every part of me also, the light comes through the ground then up again and out my crown chakra, everythink is then lilac purple, i then visualise a lilac wall, comin towards me, i put my hand through it then i am pulled through the wall, i then come out on to a loverly beach, there is sand dumes over them my future lies, but i am not allowed over there yet......there are trees also, this is where my guides or ppl who passed to spirit will come from to greet me, i am by the water, i can feel the heat on my back my body ,of the beautiful hot sun , the dampness of the water as it hurtles along my feet, i walk along the water sand path, i am wearing a bathen suit, i am met by my guide, who then i talk to , when my guide came close to me, when i 1st did this , i just got very very intense bright lilac light, with bright bright green around it, colours so bright, i had breif conversation , like got a name, and then i come bk, as i was only there as a taster for 5 minutes then he brought me back, he then told me to visualise the wall again an me going towards it, then once i was through it, it turned into a spinning lilac ball again, it come up out my body and then again out of my 3rd eye, and then it went far far into the distance away from me putting love into the world into the animal and mineral and plant kingdoms......then once the lilac ball had left me i was back home .....
I did this meditation later that night in my psychic development circle, i was very happy with my out come i had 5 messages for the ppl in the circle, which of one has proved unbeleivably accurrate, i just thort i would share that with any one who like s to meditate....
