"The ones who are the hardest to love are usually the ones who need it the most" (Dan Millman)

Dedicate this to the anti-social neighbour who has harassed me (unprovoked) for 8 years now....(don't get me started!)

If you would like to become the best person you can become.

If you know Karma and wish to work with Her.

Then here is your quote.

Here is you mantra.

Mantras are not chants.

Mantras are your commitments to yourself.

So speak from your heart with DETERMINATION, FOCUS and LOVE.

Your intention is a sonic blast wave that echoes through you and through the air around you.

How do you want to be heard?

Honor your words for they are your very identity.

Here are the ones I LIVE by:

"This is for us" (quote by Reggie Miller)

Nothing I do is for me.
Everything I do is for us, my human family, my planet.

If you want to be the best person you know; you MUST think about and act on behalf of other people even if you have to sacrifice yourself.

Talking means NOTHING.
Philosophizing means NOTHING.
Benefiting from Personal Practices is egotistical unless these practices extend themselves to other people.

This and this alone is Spirituality.

"You don't give because it feels good; you give because it hurts him [Ego]" (qoute from the movie "Revolver").

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

The Best Movie Ever!

The movie feeds the ego,

exposes the ego,

agitates the ego,

defines the ego,

kills the ego.

It has Everything.

By far the coolest movie I have ever seen.

"Dead Man" (with Johnny Depp) Is a masterpiece as well.

You have to watch it.
