Finally happened I think
In sleep paralysis I finally let go. I felt myself drift away, far away. I was in a place. I remember fuzzy things but i recall doing favors for someone or something. I awoke or came back knowing i finished all these tasks. How can this be real and exist. Wow!

Wonderfull!
Keep a notebook and pen close to your bed, when you wake up write anything down that comes to your mind.
In time you will get better at it, and remember more and more details.

Yea that's awesome! I found what leoRaziel said about a journal good advice in my own pracitces.
I was just saying this at the Drukama schoo, when we give our experiences the liberty they need to allow them to show us what we are looking for we see results. You were able to just let go in paralysis and this weakens the "self barrier" enough to grace you with more!
