Ah yes, Still_Waters ~ to the extent we allow that I follow no process involving volition, the happening, if we may term it as such, in as far as embodiment of love and light in form is concerned, is simply what the kundalini does, after the basic cleansing of conduits (nadis) is accomplished and bliss in permanence is enabled.

What is bliss? It is simply a benign burn caused by divine magnetism, cool heat if you will, wherein each cell of form is transformed so as to reflect the living light of Self, which is present everywhere. I do not assign meanings to it but if we do, we can take it as becoming light itself, wherein inner polarities of senses awake and lower mind is entwined with universal mind, as in becoming the flame.

Bliss in form immanent is derived from innate ineffable peace of Self, transcendent.

In my understanding, if we are to ineptly categorise, we have the path of the head (Hiranyagarbha) and the path of the heart (God). In variance with the Sant Mat tradition, which prioritises head, in my view, though it activates awareness, it neglects love and awareness without love is barren, arid.

If we remain at rest, both head and heart are activated. Again, in variance with the kriya yoga lineage, my understanding is that head represents duality, the manifest and heart represents singularity, the centre, the core. The manner of unfoldment as it occurred in slow motion led me to this conviction.

To some extent, we may draw a parallel with the rainbow body referred to in Dzogchen Buddhism but I’m not sure it would be accurate to say so.

As far as the turiya or fourth state is or let us say flicker-free awareness in stillness, I’m happy you have assimilated this, which in my case has been imbibed but not seamlessly ingrained ~ I’m sure it would come about automatically in as ordained in timeless time. What you have described is exactly what Swami Lakshmanjoo too has said ~ the three states, including transition between them and the superimposition of any state in the other.

I came across this today, in a newsletter of John Hughes, a follower of Swami Lakshmanjoo ~ sharing as it coincides with my views on the practice of no practice:

"In this highest state of supreme God consciousness (anuttara) there is no need of spiritual progress (saṁkrāma), no contemplation (bhāvana), no art of expression (kathā), no investigation (yukti), no meditation (dhyāna), no concentration (dhāraṇā ), no recitation (japā ), exertion or practice (abhyāsa).

Tell me then, what is the supreme and well-ascertained truth?

Listen indeed to this!

Neither abandon nor accept anything, enjoy everything, remain as you are!"

~ Anuttarastika, verse 1
