An 80 dollar smartphone(cheaper if second handed = often free):

You can fit the entire library of the entire world in this phone. Every single book that has ever been written. And you can read it with as big letters as you can possibly want, with zero effort. Or even listen to the book, auto text to speech. You can do all of this, whenever you want, wherever you want, however you want.

You have access to all publicly available information and all non publically non-available copyrighted information, with A.I. with zero writing/reading necessery(optional) , and instant delivery with supreme request based accurate information delivery. It is like you have all the universities and particular education systems on the entire planet, but it is all 100% reserved for your personal access, where ever and whenever you want.

If you are a musical composer, you can compose any music on it, for free. Whenever you want, wherever you want, with great precision, detail and high quality sound end product.

If you are a painter or artist, you have better speed and control and precision and ease of use, for free. Better and more accurate and ease of use and comfort and speed, than any expensive physical digital art hardware. Even better color and white/black balance than super expensive screens. That can costs thousands of dollars.

You can view any movie or show, films, documentaries, film based services, on the entire planet, anywhere, everywhere, whenever where. Video call and sound call or group video calls, all for free. Anywhere, everywhere.

You can capture any thing you might consider beautiful. Photo or movie. And it will stay with you forever, and you own it and can do with it whatever you want, if you want to use it as inspiration or do research. Photograph things you want to remember, or capture evidence for whatever reason/purpose.

If you are a gamer or simulation user, you can play and stream any game or simulation and operate it from your phone, whenever you want, wherever you want, without needing to spend thousands of dollars and needing to learn how to operate very complicated systems.

You can securely save all your important private (or otherwise) information, and encrypt/decrypt it, for free. Even if your phone breaks, or gets stolen, you dont lose anything. No one can access it but you.

You can verify your identity, with the greatest security possible, and with absolute zero effort. Owning a phone number, is like having a world wide identity, that cannot be stolen or duplicated. It is the ultimate universal identifier for any service you wish.

For the writers out there. You can learn to type, almost as fast as you normally speak, if you use it in landscape mode and use two thumbs on the virtual keyboard. Wherever, whenever. And speech to text is also improving. Can make speech memos. Can call for free or send messages for free, across the globe, if you have internet wifi. Many places have free public wifi.
You can translate your speech to text as well.

You can also auto translate any spoken language, live in the moment in real time, to any language of your preference, from any sound source: an actual person talking in front of you, or a person talking from a speaker/tv, etc.

Global Navigational guidance, for all modes and even non modes of transportation.

Simple calculators, advanced calculators. Digital measuring display.

Stop watch. Cooking timer. Daily, or weekly alarm, any time. Scheduling.

Find all recipes on the planet.
Order any food and groceries, from anywhere, to your home, to save overal fuel usage per person. More efficient and easier, more convenient.

All Second hand markets. Heck, all markets. Buy anything from anywhere.

Play chess.

Watch sports. Fighting sports, racing sports, e-sports, american football with people who have feet on the end of their arms. And I assume they are running on their hands.

Any newspaper, anywhere, whenever. No paper waste, save/store a newspaper practically for ever.
Authenticator.
Image generator.
Operate home devices, like airfilters, from phone, from anywhere around the world.
Sound recorder.
Random generator.
Visual digital plantlife diagnostics.
rythm detector.
frequency generator, tuner.
instrument tuner.
Meditation tools.
Natural visual and auditory ambient player.
Data compressor.
Internet function, speed, capacity and latency tester.
Music player.
Endless more.

That's what you get for 80 to 180 dollars, and cheaper than 80 or for free if second handed phone.
If you pay more than a thousand dollars, you don't actually get anything different. It's just a tiny little bit faster. So you save maybe 1 minute of time per day. If you pay 1k dollar. Which is completely unnecessery. And the whole world pays 1k dollar on a phone, and you get all the technology development (and security development) from their money spent, for free.

Expensive phones, you just get a bit more detail in screen image. And a bit more sharp photos. For more than 1k dollars. When a supremely superior actual camera is endlessly cheaper and endlessly better.

Not only that, your cheap phone can last a very very long time. It is always also more efficient, and thus lighter, and the battery thus lasts longer. And with the smallest lightest cheapest powerbank, you have garuanteed full day battery life for even the most intensive use cases.

And... It is constantly improving and becoming more and more cheap.

Finally, the phone will never ask of you that you use it. You can own a phone and not use it. You can disable, block and mute any invasive occurance possible.

Just some fun facts about tea. From China thousands of yeas ago, it's written 荼 and pronounced 'Tu' (I don't how Chinese would pronounce that), and you wouldn't guess it, but the largest consumer of tea is Turkey where each individual drinks 1300 cups a year on average.

Ha, every movie I see from Turkey or many other Mid Eastern places...
could be a cafe scene with Tom Cruz in it being chased...they are always drinking tea...
I think pretty sweet tea...in little glasses.

I wonder who invented tea. Like the first human who had the thought, "What if I put some leaves in my water to make it taste better?" Adding honey or milk to that came next lol. Then many thousands of years later somebody came up with the idea to add tons of sugar and flavors to water. And of course to add caffeine. But then caffeine is a natural part of tea. So not only did it change the taste of water it creates a "high."

Caffeine is a naturally occurring compound in the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant, which is the source of all true teas (green, black, oolong, white).

Caffeine, a stimulant, affects the body by stimulating the central nervous system, increasing heart rate and blood pressure. Caffeine's addictive nature stems from its ability to block adenosine receptors in the brain, preventing feelings of tiredness, and its impact on the brain's reward system, triggering dopamine release, leading to a craving for the substance.

A typical 8-ounce cup of Earl Grey tea contains around 40 to 120 milligrams of caffeine, depending on the brewing method and steeping time. A cup of coffee contains about 80 milligrams of caffeine. Caffeine occurs naturally in over 60 plants including coffee beans, tea leaves, kola nuts, yerba maté, guarana plants and cacao pods.

I used to buy Caffeine free coke in the grocery store. Then like two years ago this option disappeared where I live. Now the only coke available is the one with caffeine added to it. I just did a search on amazon and they had some no caffeine coke available for crazy high prices and in cans. It also seemed to be imported as a lot of negative reviews said cans were damaged. It's a money decision I guess to not give people the option. They want people to be addicted to it. I have a friend who is addicted to it. She drinks 4 liters everyday. Says she can't stop. She has it for breakfast!

But the tea habits makes sense when one realizes it may not be the taste leading to the popularity but the effects of the caffeine.

And various websites claim that Coca-Cola originally included coca leaves from which cocaine is derived. Coca leaves were removed in 1903.

Although the Coca-Cola website states "Coca‑Cola does not contain cocaine or any other harmful substance, and cocaine has never been an added ingredient in Coca‑Cola."

The standard 330 ml can of Coke has about 35 grams of sugar which is perhaps even more harmful!

Peace
