Chakras cleansing and balance,which way is better?

In my view chakras are energy vortexes corresponding to varied vibrations and as such our intent to dwell in or prioritise any vibrational state determines the level of our consciousness.

Reworded, the inner follows the outer, outer meaning thought, word and deed, moment to moment, inescapably. Mere momentary focus here and there is but a whim, maybe it can activate kundalini partially, maybe not, either which way, it serves no purpose, unless we actually shift in actuality of being.

YouTube is replete with self-proclaimed gurus and guides* (*it is a booming business!), all great for arousing curiosity and perhaps theoretical learning but direct wisdom is attained in the heart, not the head, the former being in singularity and the latter in duality. Thus, upon melding head with heart, a pure heart, our real journey begins.

As for chakras and kundalini, they respond to what we choose to be and so become. Best not to think about it, more so when dropping thought is a prerequisite.

Having said this, each chakra blockage corresponds to a fear, desire or attachment, which we can overcome by continuous contemplative consciousness correction.

In silence, in meditation, there are no thoughts and hence no fears.
But from the practical standpoint, most of us need to engage in the world and choose self-serving pursuits.
So, progress would be limited, inevitably because of attachment to outcomes.

That said, the navel chakra is the seat of fire, action, the warrior spirit. Highest of the lower three chakras, it is as yet in the realm of animal instinct.

Face the barking dog
Be comfortable in darkness of the night
Relinquish fear of abandonment

Take control then surrender
Resist the urge to dominate

We shift in reality. The chakra heals thus. Not by chanting a mantra but by becoming, overcoming, in lived reality, moment to moment, all moments in time entwined.

The heart asks us ~ what is our love index? Rather, what is love itself? Is it a trade, seeking recognition or reciprocation perhaps or is it an unconditional effervescence?

Honestly, where are we? At the level of selective empathy or universal compassion? Is heart pure? Do we prioritise ourself or the other? Do we go mostly with head or heart? Can we forgive easily and completely? Have we reclaimed childlike innocence or are we crafty?

As before in the navel, Manipura chakra, the heart, the Anahata too asks us to choose our level of vibration in lived reality, not merely at a satsang or while performing a yogic procedure.

It is easy if we walk the talk, otherwise not. There are no shortcuts.

Chakra cleansing using willpower and visualization is generally ineffective, which is good, otherwise the damage to the chakras would be serious.

In one of the previous comments it was already said that the request for chakra cleansing and healing should be addressed to Spiritual Consciousnesses, however, this requires a high spiritual level of consciousness development, the exception is requests which can be addressed even by beginners, given and approved by Spiritual Consciousnesses.

In the meantime, you can address a request to your Soul, short and clear.
