I am sure growers worldwide still allowed to use a certain amount of synthetic stuff on things labelled 'Organic' occasionally you may get a label saying '100% organic' according to a search, but I don't recall having ever seen such a label.
If someone can pick wild coffee beans I suppose they would be truly organic, there is that one that passes through the digestive system of some animal, not sure if it eats wild coffee, raids farms or both.
