Hi! Also i need help

Hi, My name is Patrick. Survived a massive depression, i was a drug addict and even tried to suicide but i also survived. but thats in the past, Many thanks to the ascended masters, my angels and spirit guides that are with me then and now.

Can someone give me some advice? for 2 years im on a spiritual journey. for the past few weeks i get stuck into sleep and awake. i am high sensitive indigo child and see/hear things nobody else can see/hear. i sense spirits and or energies around me. but when i get stuck i cant move my body so i try to go focus to sleep agian. but between that time i sense not loving spirits/energies, what you want to call them, that wants my body or seek contact. i meditate, pray, and i feel protected by my angels, god, and ascended masters. my question is how can i just go sleep. i want to help those in the other realm and this realm as a lightworker. but for now i am not strong enough to do this. even though i have faith in all holy (what is new to me for 6 months) i am scared for the first contact of the "unknown".
I've had a few luciddreams what were undiscribeable and some chakra activations what almost was like taking drugs, but seeing or feeling something not loving is fearfull. Even if you want to sleep. i just want to sleep without waking up feeling something off in your own bedroom and cant move your body.

Hello Patrick, It nice to hear that you overcame your hardships previously in your life and I send you my positive energy your way.

Unfortunately I am unsure if I have had the same experience myself but I just want to let you know that I feel for you.

Even though I just said I am unsure if I had the same experience myself the experience sounds familiar. I too came across a non-loving presence or energy during my sleep or meditations. At first it was frightfull and it seemed out of balance. This threw me of balance as well untill I realized that it is all part of energy out there. As soon as I accepted it was not as frightfull anymore and I could see the bigger picture again. I concluded that it is the other side of the same coin, like yin and yang, part of the bigger whole.

I would advice you to be more aware of your own energy and what is out there. What you come across will affect you less if you acknowledge it to be there and that it is just what it is. You are you and that is that.

What helps for me to regain movement in your body after a meditation or in the morning is to try to remain calm and actively move small parts of your body. For me the key was to wiggle my toes and fingers and gradually more of my feet and hands. Then my arms and legs and by that point I could move again.

Welcome - the only advice I could give is that we must work with the physical plane as well as the spiritual one. I don't think spiritual healing on its own is the best route for everyone.
