How much yoga a week......

Should one do to feel the benefits all the way around?

It depends on what kind of benefits you are seeking "all around."

Do you mean physically, spiritually, or both?

Life from a yogi perspective is that everything is yoga.

I do 90 minutes on thursdays and 45 minutes on sundays. Definitely has increased strength and flexibility tremendously - I've never been able to touch my toes and now I can nearly put my palms on the floor. I love yoga but some postures still kill me especially warrior 3 and crane :P I've been doing yoga for about 6 months on that schedule.
