Samhain?
Hello. I am posting this because I am interested in a Samhain event going on close to my home. I am interested in experiencing what is an early form of my favorite holiday, Halloween; But seeing as I was brought up Christian, I don't know how a modern Samhain celebration is like. I am not expecting anything wild, but I don't really know what to expect.

Hi
Check on Witchvox for more information on Samhain Events. There are 36 global events posted thus far. If you manage to find your location then read up on it. They would usually give you an idea on what to expect. The list will be updated so don't worry if your location isn't on it. Samhain is the time that the veil between the world of the living and the world of the dead is the thinnest. Rituals surrounding Samhain include bonfires, healing, dancing, thanksgiving, and honoring of the dead.
