By all accounts the life review is not intended to cause us pain. Instead it helps us to understand our life and our experiences and why things happened as they did and what consequences arose from our actions. The life review puts it all into perspective and provides us with understanding.

I am not too concerned about reviewing whatever painful episodes have occurred in my life. However, I am not looking forward to reviewing some of the stupid things I have said or done. I anticipate a lot of cringing with embarrassment. Fortunately we are told that there is no judgement during the life review. And it is all about acceptance - we do whatever we do because at the time we don't know any better.

You may want to tell them to shove the life review but I suspect that you will have no choice in the matter.

Peace

I feel like this.

If I died now:

I would tell them to shove the life review, why should I go through all the pain again?

I would tell them - just show me to my room - I don't want to see anyone.

Perhaps tell them all to get lost as well.

Hello

I do not feel that we have to have that "life review" I have been a part of so many workshops over the years, having had a Near Death Experience" I so looked for answers. Not finding them as I had one that was a "lesson" one not a life and death one.

I have worked in Hospice Care and I have been with so many in that time of passing and while at times I do get to see the crossing and I do see loved one's around and others around at times this is not always the case. I do feel that we have a control aspect there. I have been with some that want "nothing" from an After Life or Heaven they do not feel there is anything there. What I have seen there is a crossing and that feeling of home and peace but nothing more. Just that feeling its OK they went.

Others have something in mind they want to experience, some place they want to go to or something they want to have there like a garden ext. I do feel that we can choose that but too we have lessons to learn in passing its not free ride to nothingness.

I have worked with some in crossing that have done what I would morally see as wrong or even at times horrific but I have had to put judgements free from me as I hold not that power to judge and I know well that I would not want to be "Earth Bound" to wonder forever. We all deserve to make a peaceful crossing. Not to punishments but to growth.

I like the show me to my room aspect and then to be left in peace. Being a Medium I have never had that feeling of a room for just me. Too not knowing what that is like I do wonder if I would seek that out in death.

Its an interesting to know what happens but too I am in no RUSH to find out.
