Analytical meditation
Hi,
I am looking to expand my meidtation practrise into analytical meditation. Has anyone got any good books or reference material of any sort they can recommend for developing my analytical med?
I know the basis of it but not really sure what to analyse and what point to meditate etc
Thanks in advance :) x

I am not quite sure what you mean, and meditation is not really about thinking at all.. But, I think you may want to look into Vipassana meditation and teachings by Ajahn Chah and Goenka, for example.
In my experience, I would always recommend strong emphasis on Samatha practice before anything else.
