Late at night when most are sleeping. I don't time it, because meditation should be spontaneous.

When I had more alone time I would meditate for 30 minutes to an up of 2 or sometimes 3 hours just being able to be unbothered.

Being physically more busy now I do walking meditations and try to get at least a half hour in a few times a week. Trains and buses usually give a good time for me to dive deep.

When I started I would meditate right after work. Now hard to find time. I might try pm before sleep.

These days I started again and it's so important to meditate. Usually after dinner and before bed time activities

Some things...

I find it easier on an empty stomach or many hours after eating (lightly). Of course there's the whole question 'what is meditation' to begin with. I could say I do it 30 minutes minimum but then the next poster will tell me ''doing it'' doesn't count and ''30 minutes'' doesn't count. Nothing but etymological argument. To the purists... the only thing that counts is if I would post some parables that indicate nihilism...
