Think of telepathy as a shared experience with some one more so than mind reading. Then use your imagination and your intuition to gain insights. Once that connection is made things like distant reiki healing work well.

I found the sort of things I was having seemingly one way though so would this be telepathy if they're not experiencing anything at the same time?

When I did my distant healing on a friend I have a natural psychic connection with, and had 'visits' of his higher self (or my own imagination or his spirit guide!) I wasn't talking to that person in real life. It was after an argument over a misunderstanding and he was ignoring me. So I know you shouldn't send reiki without consent but I also asked for it to be received only using his free will. It was going (in my understanding ) to his higher self then down to him until he wasn't as angry, then it went directly to him and then we had started to connect again until finally made contact to reestablish the friendship.

With my husband is got 'contacted' which is tingling in my left hand and spinal energy, then when I asked the pendulum apparently it was for my husband and it was to pass on some advice, which I did. Again I presumed it was his spirit guide. But of course could be my own!

Yes it would. I do telepathy sessions with others and find that what their intellect experiences is often different from what my intellect experiences. The connection is real. The insights we each receive are valid. I have recorded these things for 10 years now. I have done a lot of research on this.

That was nice. You are able to influence outcome potentials by doing these things. My understanding is that the higher self, the person's soul self, and their body's super divine consciousness all work to influence the subconscious for a desirable harmonous outcome. The person's subconscious can influence their intellect. I have encouraged using these methods for others with good results.

Yes it could be. When you work with high level spirits they all kind of blend together some times.

With some one like your husband or a person you resonate with in a coheasive way, intellect to intellect telepathy is possible.

I am lazy....and I have figured out how things work.
I talk to my spirit guides...telling them the objective...they in turn do their jobs...
they talk to the person's guides and the job gets done.
I do nothing...direct, ask or command and expect the thing to be done.
They do everything behind the scenes.
So far so good!!!!! (Things most would not believe...so I don't mention them.)

When we fall in love our guides fall in love as well. There is coordination and cooperation between guides. Your guides interact before you meet your mates. Their involvement is crucial to the whole process of attraction and bonding to a mate. This can also apply to working relationships, friendships and even business relationships. The guides of other people can come and assist you or relay messages as well.

My wife could channel your guides. Your guide would act as a spokesperson representing you in this case. And as you might expect they are conscious of your best interest and look out for you in this role.

You can also work out problems and conflicts working through guides instead of the person.
