I think spiritual means looking for the meaning, the truth behind teachings, looking for God, rather than living by the dogmas of religions.

In this Life perhaps for the individual, and in a way that perpetuates Separation. But aren't we all in this together?

I'm a spiritual atheist (more specifically: spiritual eudaimonist), so I can't answer for "spritual Christians".

In my opinion, being spiritual means a quest for inner-growth and transformation through improving one's vantagepoint on the deep issues of life and one's manner of being in the world.
