From how I experienced it, just surrender to it, allow the energy to flow.

Fear is resistance. Resisting the flow is what makes for a rough ride...imagine trying to stop a river from flowing, it would be hard work. Just totally relax and know it will all be ok. Drop your expectations of how you think it should go and think of it as a spiritual joy ride lol. You only have to be aware of it, observe what is happening, thats all that is asked of you, the rest will sort itself out.

The same with the emotional stuff that comes up, just allow it and release. If you need to cry do it but don't analyse the memories or emotions. Its all about letting go and trusting that your higher self knows what's best for you, you need to work with and not against it...you are not at war with yourself so it won't harm you.

If you don't feel like you want to meditate then don't, just do what you feel is right for you as long as fear is not dictating. Remember fear blocks, allowing flows.

I had the heat, the tremors, palpatations and the emotional memories rising. I think they happen at night because thats when you're most relaxed (not resisting). They woke me up but I had no fear of it so it passed quickly.

Hope you find some of this helpful. I can't advise of what to read as I haven't read anything on the subject other than on here and there's plenty to read who have gone through it as others have suggested.

So this question is to all those who helped me and have also went through this process.

What do you think is at the end of this process of kundalini and cleansing ? I understand it takes years to do that. But still. What is after the cleansing ?

A settled life ? With broader perspective of life ?

Good question.

I pondered over this for many years, but haven't really been able to find a satisfactory answer yet.

I do not believe the process of cleansing and transformation ever ends, it is ongoing whilst you are in a physical body. There are certain abilities that may manifest, but these are nothing as spectacular as what you would find described in ancient texts on Kundalini and Yoga. They are more akin to the gifts of the Holy Spirit that Christians talk about. In fact, I think a case could be made that the Kundalini and the Holy Spirit are essentially identical. With the latter a more universal and the former a more local aspect of the same intelligent force.

The gifts of the Goddess that I can personally confirm are real, include inspiration (religious and artistic), a state of bliss, experiencing universal consciousness, astral travel, lucid dreaming, healing abilities, enhanced psychic abilities and communication, indeed communion, with higher beings (gods and goddesses if you are Hindu, angels, if you are Christian, but there is no difference, really). Not every person experiences all of them, some have reported the ability to speak in tongues they had no experience of for instance, or manifested the ability to levitate, but these are exceedingly rare.

Personally, I am noticing that the drinking of Soma is the main gift that I receive as a result of my Kundalini transformation. It seems to be changing my body, slowly and gradually, into one made of higher-dimensional light. That may sound esoteric, but I believe it is an accurate description.

All good advice so far.

I would do this, personally, immediately (and the results are fast and shockingly effective...it will center you,
calm you, take away agitated thoughts)
I would do a particular, gentle breathing exercise religiously...
shocking how it calms you!!!

1. Rest first 2 fingers between your eyebrows. Your thumb will be on the side of one nostril...your bent fingers against the other.

2. Close one side with your thumb, breathe in 8 counts, hold 8 counts, release thumb, close the other side,
breathe out from the other nostril 8 counts.

Slowly, easily.

3. That same open nostril now breathe in 8, hold 8, close that nostril, breathe out 8 counts from the other nostril.
Do this 10 xs or 5 xs each side.

You can also do this before, say, having your wisdom teeth pulled, LOL...or before giving
a speech in front of a crowd, going to a job interview...
it's almost like taking a Valium.

It places your focus on what you are doing instead of any 'agitation' you may be feeling...
an additional benefit of the technique.

My personal technique, which could be controversial* ...is to talk directly
to my Father God. I rely on Him for everything....He knows that and
in my belief system, that's why He responds within a second to a minute in most things.

*Controversial because many are not into reliance or devotion, owing to the
belief that we ourselves are God, for example.
However, until I can create a Galaxy and sustain all the
100 billion solar systems in just 1 Galaxy...
I will bow to the Godhead, my Creator.

What is it that you want? That should answer your question.

Dream of what you want, think about what you want, plan on what you want to come to you,
picture yourself having what you want, imagine being in that place that you are destined to be...
where you are meant to be, where you are going, what you are becoming...your True Self.

Is it the Highest, Best, Clearest, Wisest, Most Compassionate, Free, Most Loving Self?
Probably, I bet.

As far as my experience is concerned with Kundalini Shakti,
It has shown me that there is not "ME" or 'I'. There are days where i bow down to every human being i see and tears just come out, with eyes open, out of love. I started seeing this beautiful experience of life in a completely new way, how every bit of it is filled with love and ecstasy and how EVERYTHING is interconnected, sun, moon, the entire solar system and every creature.

As i am writing this write now, this is how i am feeling right now. While reading all your replies, tears just rolled down, just after seeing how people are up to help here, that too so so much seniors and experienced members.

This is what happens, there are days when this shakti is working and i am freaking out that as if i will have an out of body experience or anything of that sort, which cannot be justified with human intellect.
But suddenly the next day, i am all filled with love and joy.

The number days of feeling love and feeling that i am connected in some sense, are increasing gradually. I hope that it gets better.

But yes, the fear is still there. :/ To be precise, The fear is of having some out of this world experience. Deep down i know that if it will happen, it will be full of love, but i fear that it will freak me out.
