I say that when I'm super busy.
Honestly, maybe there isn't any sleeping even then. I guess I'll find out when that time comes.

Unsure, if this is the case, I have astral projected to my spirit guide/ twin flame & he was in bed, unsure if he was sleeping but he was at least resting & seemed groggy or may have just been shocked to see that I was there.

Yeah I think some souls sleep on arrival.
It does puzzle me though, because without I would go mad. We don't teach babies to sleep, they do it naturally! |

Atheists sleep on arrival because those people are just so adament that it cant be true they dont realise they are alive when they pass over. Maybe they sleep for a very long time before they come to realise. If any of them came back they would say i knew i was right there is nothing on the other side.

Every one has a different view on this,in my opinion yes you can sleep in the spirit world .you hear of people who have passed that have to go into sleep state when they first arrive there,
