Strange Clip Capture from a security camera

This is one of the strangest videos i've seen :X its just wierd and there have been people trying to reproduce this however have come short on the ability to so cause of the overall body structure.

Fact or faked was the one program that tried going after the first security camera footage that had them in it, however could not reproduce the shot so ended up leaving it as unexplainable
its not a kid on stilts the shape is completely wrong at the top. keep in mind the camera is not far from the road way the dimension of these things are small. the tall one going through the screen is about half the height of a an average person.

Ahhh YES
I seen the end of that episode. They couldnt reproduce it in any way. IT walks as if it has no skeleton, yet can support itself. There were no wires used, when they tied the motion was all wrong. They tried to reproduce it with cgi, the colours were all wrong, and so was the contrast.....
The images shown, have the same contrast and colouration as the background, and actualy "blend" with the other shades. You can usualy tell fake vids due to this ( the image looks to "perfect" or doesnt fit in withthe rest of the video quality).
Juest becasue they couldnt reproduce it doesnt mean its real.... But its creepy, and so far unexplained. If it is CGI, its the best done in terms of video matching....

It kinda looks like the sheets got off the clothes line and are having a walk around the yard, or the KKK has been dieting.
If it is real it would be sooo freaky.

BAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAH
They actualy tried that.... the movement was way wrong. If you you tube that tv show it was on (mentioned in a post above ), youll see how they try to recreate it. They tried material on a hanger and line, idnt work, jsutcloths hanging on the line ( which looked like it, but once again the mvoement was WAY off).....
ITs creepy.... the only word to describe it
