Spent my day off prepping fruits and veggies for the week!
Then made shrimp curry for dinner! Yum! Added a bit of extra chipotle for a bit more kick! Turned out great!
Poor hubby had another kitchen full of dishes. He was a good sport!  |

Leftovers for us too! But, maybe blueberry muffins tonight! I have to cook off the blueberries before the House is too hot to bake in.

Spaghetti, garlic bread and green salad! Yum! I had to take advantage of the cooler temperatures to cook indoors!
