"You are not alone"
I had a rough day at work and went out for a short walk to clear my head. I had just done some tough decisions and needed some time alone and felt the need to ground my self. There is a small forrest close by so I went there. Allready on my way there I felt my nerves calming down, and when I touched the trees and did a short grounding excersise I felt all the tension in my body melt away. On my way back to the office I went past a pile of bricks covered with a metal sheet. The sheet started suddenly to make a thumping sound. I thought it was a bit strange, as there were several other piles covered in the same manner, but this was the only one thumping. But then it came to me, crystal clear in my mind "you are not alone". As I realised this the thumping stopped and a warm and comforting feeling spread inside me. This was my first real wake moment connection with my guides

Happy for you! It is such a wonderful feeling to receive a sign and feel the guiding comfort of our guide/s. It always brings a warming to my heart. Keep watching for signs-I'm sure you will be getting more!
