advice please

Hi all
I like crystals I get different energies from every crystal.

I would like to ask for some help on grounding crystals.
As crystals seem to help my physical self

I would appreciate any suggestions on types of grounding crystals for tthe home and ones you can carry in your pocket because my route chakra is over active.

I think this is where my intuition comes from .

So please suggest any grounding crystals and calming crystals for my root chakra please many thanks .

Your two strongest and traditional grounding crystals are black tourmaline and hematite. Others like black obsidian will work as well. The best way to use them is to meditate with the crystal while holding them in your non-dominant hand.

Fully agree with keeper of the light, but I would just say I found tourmaline was not as sturdy as I thought! i had a nice rod I thought was super sturdy and it snapped in bag but I do prefer the large bark like pieces I think they are the best for grounding out the 3. I don't really meditate with mine though but find it's one I get benefits from when I am tacktile with it. I also wave around me for anything in my aura.

I actually like red jasper for grounding and stimulating the root chakra, it's very calm and feels like it just works to heal with love. Nothing overly energetic or powerful, it's just a calm grounder and root chakra booster :)

I agree on the Black Tourmaline. I've also been carrying an Apache Tear and I find it very grounding but not as much force as the Tourmaline.

I find tourmaline is very strong and works fast. Apache tear works fast too, but more of a gentle grounding.

smoky quartz. :) black tourmaline works too. both of them together is a very powerful combination as well.
