Vision Blocked while Projecting

Sometimes when I project it is early in the morning and the sun is practically rising inside my bedroom, so I put an extra pillow case over my eyes to keep the intense light from distracting me. But once I am projected the pillow case is blocking my vision! It's only partial because of the way I lay it over me, but I still have to look down in order to see where I am going. I cannot get it to go away. The first time it happened I tried to move it so much that I think I might have moved my physical hands or something because I snapped back into my body. The next time I tried to "will" it away, and genuinely believed it would work as I motioned to "wipe" it away from my vision- but nothing happened.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Anybody know why this is happening or how to fix it?
