Seeing a blue circle light, and white sparks

Hello all,

Iv a few posts and very new, learning as I go along. I have been practising insight meditation daily for a year now, but I have also started kundalini yoga around 2 months ago, particularly kirtan kriya. During meditation and now throughout the day I am seeing a deep blue circle about the size of a blueberry, followed by sparks of white light. I'm beginning to realise I have certain gifts but to what extent I don't know. Is this a sign of something.? I have also heard a mans voice saying " number 19" to me and I am at a loss. Any help is appreciated. Im very grateful to have a space to talk about this stuff as I have kept it secret since childhood.

Thank you for sharing an awesome dream experience. You have a terrific talent for seeing!

I believe you are poking your brain through the curtain between you and other you. This curtain we would call "the future". What you're seeing is your brain's natural response to the "intrusion". We have a future to see, but, the brain puts up barriers so we don't see too much.

I've shared some mental exercises with ppl over the years and the last male I worked with had an experience while meditating where his inner vision became elastic and he ran in to a ink blue, thick letter B on a piece of paper. He also said he heard traffic noises in the background. I believe he noticed too much and then his brain blew the scene up.
