Why am I afraid?

Oddly I've gone months without visitors at night. I asked them to stop months ago as I wasn't getting any sleep. :) now two nights in a row. :)

Last night was different though. I didn't scream in fear. Instead I yelled in my biggest "warrior voice" louder than I ever new I could yell. GET OUT OF HERE lol
Then I apologized lol

The state was partially broken, I couldn't see or hear anyone as if they were there but I got an image of someone in my mind like telepathy vs visions, a few thought accompanied it but I can't remember them as I was interrupted by the sound of someone opening my back gate and passing through my back yard, then the dog started barking so really left that communication state.

It was cool though, brave defence has to be a slightly better reaction than just plain fear.

It is scary not to know what is lurking. Being dragged into an experience whether you like it or not at any time is scary.

That is what Necro was saying. It isn't fun to have your moment interrupted to go deal with otherworldly matters.

You are conscious and aware, but much goes on in your subconscious and it is likely you deal with 'things' on that level.

It is normal to be scared, because it is scary. As far as I know, the only way to work with it, is to manage it.
