Sometimes
I think that I had a past life, that's trying to come over into this life. It's trying to get me to remember something. I have lots of deja but moments. Does that happen to anyone else?

remembering is re- (again) membering; restoring the members of something
back into wholeness; re-collecting. your déjà vu moments may be cues for you
of thoughts which are available for integration into your understanding. with
enough pieces added to the puzzle, the whole picture may come into view
(without needing all the details to be worked out individually).

My past life memories didn't come in as yours is but yes, I have memories of half a dozen or so past lives.
