There have been numerous studies done on "past life recall", more appropriately called "post mortem survival" since the memory of a past life does not necessarily imply reincarnation in the traditional sense.

These "memories", in many cases, have been investigated by inter-disciplinary teams and are well documented with the details being confirmed whenever possible. These "post mortem survival" memories are often voiced in children as young as 2-5 years old when the child can finally communicate somewhat effectively. Some of the memories are of a female "life" from a male child and vice versa. That seems to suggest that there is both male and female in such people and possibly in all. This is my understanding.

How do you support your point of view?

In any case, that statement often leads to the question regarding how such things are possible and to the related question in self-inquiry investigations, "Who Am I". Sages have long said, "Know Yourself".
