I've learnt that a spirit of past life lady has been visiting mme quite regular.

It turns out that my conscious is hanging on to her how things were in that life.
She use to be my wife i realise this is pining it's for her.

how can i let go because the feelings for her are still strong ?

I can't seem to let go of her.

It depends on what it is you really want. It seems like you don't want to let go of her because the feelings are still strong. Once you have decided that you don't want to see her you will tell her so and she will leave you alone. You have the free will after all she should be able to respect that.

Maybe she is your twin flame & if that's the case she will leave you alone if you ask & by that I mean she will stop making you aware she is there, but she will never leave you as she is probably your spirit guide.

There is nothing wrong with feeling close still to someone from another life or in still loving them. It would be an issue though if its stopping you from being able to have relationships with others.
