Chakras
While on my meditations sessions and figuring out to get all the chakra going...
During endlessly experimentations to figure out how my "sadness attacks" is since I knew this is not caused by my state of mind by finally thought of "pinching" the chakras to find which one. It is solar plexus that reacted.
Also I know my heart chakra is closed but can open, kept closing as I work on other chakras. Also sometimes if I mind-speak, my throat chakra felt touched and little harder to spiritually speak or muddle the messages. Not angry, not afraid, not bad emotions I think. What about external force?
