Talking from my own personal experience here, yes the spin of chakras can be regulated as can the activity of the Kundalini serpent and it would seem to be one energetic system working in unison. Again, just taking my own subjective experience here, when my Kundalini started rising, I felt the spin of the Chakras for the first time, especially in the solar plexus. The spin was barely noticeable during normal everyday consciousness, but it increased by orders of magnitude when meditating and particularly as the serpent rose and its head activated each chakra one by one.

Right now, the spinning of my chakras is barely noticeable, but it is certainly there all the time. As I raise my Kundalini, they speed up and generate heat and light due to the increased flow of energy. Once I lodge my serpent in the Crown chakra, the most intensive activity can be observed in the crown and third eye region. They even get hot to the touch.

I believe that in normal people, who have not had their Kundalini awakened yet, the chakras are largely dormant. They spin, but at a very slow and barely perceptible rate. You can increase their spin through meditation, but also decrease it to a degree that they appear closed or dormant. That is, I think, more of a perception than their actual state, but it is only a semantical difference in any case.

Where else would the shutting down exist but where the chakras exist? That is the key to shutting them down, or opening them up, you just stop thinking about them, or focus you mind on them more, and they become less or more real, more diffuse or move vivid. I have found the little imaginary buggers useful at times so I don't know why I would want to "shut them down". Anyway, shutting them down won't get rid of the emotional energies, just make them less accessible and harder to deal with.

Thanks for the replies. My chakras did not close by themselves or by "not thinking about them". I deliberately visualize and feel them close. It's such an amazing beneficial thing for me.

By the way, I gave a paid mini reading tonight (No, I am not soliciting or promoting myself in any way to any member on this forum by referencing this).

I correctly identified and communicated info to her from her brother in the after life (she did not tell me it was her brother or what his personality was like before I did this).

In addition to this, she was open to the idea of closing her chakras to help her with not feeling herself and having an urge to be with a boyfriend who is completely toxic for her.

Her feedback after 2 minutes was immediate calmer feelings and her headache disappeared.
