did extraterrestrials create us?

Sure, I like a mix of alternative explanations but aliens just don’t enter my belief system. While this universe is insanely big and must have alien life, it is also true that because it is so big and dead in most places we are unlikely to have been or be in contact with them. Both statements are just very very likely to be true, and it’s parsimonious to assume so..

I know about the authors and the interpretations of religion and mythology to fit it in a 20/21th century setting of space ships etc. but to me that makes no sense. The Ancients thought about the gods just as we do, there’s no need for alien races interference in human society. And if they’re really that advanced why they hide so well..?

Humans have and continue to adapt to their environments and favourable characteristics survive and spread to the next generation. This isn’t an orthodox view.. it’s simply what happens.. This world is about change, species can’t be in stasis. Only God/soul is capable of that.
