I agree.

We would not evolve without a purpose ahead of us.

We would not believe the purpose, if he wasn't there to show us a destination.

It is logic even so I don't see a God as such, rather a creative force.

I agree with the opening post. However anyone tries to define God, something put "matter" there, coming from (it's believed) nothingness, possibly at a time beyond human comprehension: when time = zero. Thereafter, the ecology is always in a state of flux, a hugely complex and delicate system with many internal controls. Animal life is part of that ecology, just as we are, so will be subject to those controls. Individual entities will die off if they can't adapt to readjustments made in the ecology. So I see it....

God is both transcendent and immanent.

I hate using the word "God" since it designates a title, not the entity itself.

God is Being, the Divine Consciousness.

The reason I stressed transcendence and immanence is because of this.

The immanence of God, the Holy Spirit is the Creative Energy throughout the universe.

Evolution is the NATURAL processes of the Creative-energy. The Word, Logos, etc is the energy of oneness and its process is evolution.

WHereas from a "Transcendent viewpoint" God can be seen as "A Creator". The transcendence, "The Father" is that Divine Consciousness as a distinct reality from everything created.

It is both God and Evolution. The Holy Spirit basically evolves everything from the blueprints and patterns established from the mind of the Creator.

I believe evolution comes from the law of attraction. Giraffes were attracted to leaves in trees so grew long necks over millions of years. Polar bears are attracted to ice and the ocean and are slowly turning into marine animals. I also believe in spontaneous evolution where an animal makes a sudden leap, for instance birds flying or tadpoles turning into frogs and getting lungs in that day. So I think evolution is built around a spiritual law.

I say God created nature, and its laws.
