acupressure on feet

I've noticed my feet are really a gateway to the rest of my body. I just had someone do acupressure on parts of my feet and I could feel it tingling all the way up to my head. I also have an acupressure mat, which I stand on to help release tension in my body thru the meridians in the feet.

I visited jesterday thatkind of terapeut. She worked with my feet half hour and I feel so much energy after that. All the places I have trouble, she knew. And I was Feeled it. It was sore. So I cant wait my next session. Also she told me that there is something in my heart... Jeah.. More like someone.. But I cant accept those toughts.

@norseman: Thank you for the reflexology chart. It made me laugh cuz it's so spot on as it points to the trouble spot in my left shoulder/upper arm.
