Also but it’s another story...I’ve been attacked so MANY times by people who seem temporarily posseded by dark entities...I mean attacked verbally but also physically !! Different people tried to strangle me or stab me...
The last one even told me clearly «*offer me your soul*».

And one another girl told me «*come on ...you sold your soul for fame like me !!*» hahaha omg NO!!
It’s really like Dark team is forced to unmask these times...weird ...

No hiding anymore as new Energies are coming...

Yesterday, I looked into massage therapy and acupuncture, but I have not done that yet...I have become so sensitive to pressure on my skin, I am still considering it.

What I am thinking about is to do some Qi Gong...make energy balls and throw them out of my body like Goku does...kame...kame....HA!! LOL

Grounding is also very beneficial... haven't been doing much of that lately, but unless I do, my "firecracker status" remains "active"...So I realise that I have only got myself to blame for staying indoors, but then again, just 5 minutes in the sun causes painful rashes on my skin (so also taking a Vitamin D supplement).

There is also other stuff I am looking into (and have been doing so for ages)...most notably, the work of Stanislav Grof and the Spiritual Emergence Network:
https://www.spiritualemergence.org.au

There are also brilliant people on YouTube that can help and guide you through it..Craig Holliday is one of them, Igor Kufayev another..even Teal Swan can be very helpful at times.

They all will tell you though...When Kundalini symptoms and associated pain hits hard, the ONLY thing you can really do is to let go and surrender to it...try and just accept it...relax INTO it and let the Goddess Shakti just "do her thing" because the pain will only intensify and perpetuate, coming up with a whole host of different symptoms if you fight against it...put up any resistance.

They even go as far as to say that the pain is just an intense feeling of Bliss that the body cannot handle and so, it interprets it as the "pain response" and although I haven't experienced that exactly, relaxing into it and not putting up any resistance, tends to take the edge off.

All the best to you and to others suffering from the physical effects of a spontaneous Kundalini awakening...I hope this post is helpful and beneficial to all who are suffering Kali's wrath.

Magnesium seems to be a great help when things become very amplified, and Epsom salt baths are very helpful with returning to a baseline.

Bodywork really does help, other modalities as well like Reiki. Cranio Sacral is very light touch, equal to the weight of a nickle(4.5 grams) is how I'd explain it. I was surprised as was the practitioner of the amount of energy that seemed to pulsate.

Qi Gong is amazingly simple and complex, again to me it's about Stability and a strong ground that sets the table. But If i could throw in a Haduken every once in a while it'd be a morning priority LOL.

Familar with all of the peeps you shared, Craig Holliday is just down to earth and easy to take in. Teal is a little more esoteric, sometimes I understand her, and other times it shifts, but we all travel different paths to the same place. Grof's works are amazing. Heard of SEN a while back, and at some point plan to see someone they have listed in my area. SEN is a great resource and i see more of a need for it now at least if you look at the timing with Kali Yuga, shift of ages. Even just the realization of someone to talk to can transform someone from feeling as a victim to something more.

And they're all right as far as letting the intelligence that is do its thing. No matter how hard you fight, time isn't a factor once you cross the threshold, and you realize how long it's been going on in this life or others. And I know when for me the voices/multiple realities/mind effery reached that point, surrender to the depths of all fear, is/was the only way to not stagnate in the mind. Once that kinda flushes, the playing field gets wider and less fraught with fear, or something like that.

All the best to you, Shivani!

Try developing sudden Multiple Chemical Sensitivities to anything containing detergents, can't use washing liquid or anti perspirants anymore... having an asthma attack when fly spray or air freshener was sprayed (in my brothers house) like two hours ago and putting petrol one's car makes you heave..

Try random cravings for raw meat, seaweed.. basically Japanese sashimi at like 3am when the feeling of a simple microfiber sheet against the skin feels like you are being stung by ants all over...

When the heat in you body gets so intense that spending an hour under a cold shower is the only way to relieve it... until you turn the shower off and it returns with a vengeance.

Try the feeling of acid being poured directly into your brain until you scream in pain...So you go to the doctor, have all the tests and get the label of "unspecified psychosomatic neurological disorder".

Have the experience of sitting there, staring at absolutely nothing for hours without any thoughts, while your body either goes catatonic or freezes up into various hand mudras and kriyas...

Then, get back to me about "Kundalini symptoms".

Holy cow! Those symptoms... Forgive me if I come off a bit dense, but are you saying that Kundalini activation is not worth it? Would you recommend against it? Are there benefits from it that you enjoy? Is there a safe way to activate kundalini on one's own?

@humanbeing:

I know some people want to activate it on purpose with Kundalini yoga etc
I dont really know about it honestly..but as said previously, I don’t think Kundalini is a thing you can ask etc
Kundalini is not for playing, its a profound and irreversible change of all your spiritual mind and body, affecting all your cells and DNA.
I have a «*normal*» life and it’s very difficult for me to handle.
Especially because my energy changed +++ and is also affecting people around me (but it is done for a purpose). My relationships with people became particular and sometimes explosive (a lot of people attack me without even having interacted with me because their ego is triggered immediately by simple physical proximity).
It’s challenging because it can sometimes be hurtful. But I know it’s just a mirror effect and that I have nothing to do with this this.
The best when you go through this process for me would be to be free from working and stay close to Nature during the whole process.
I feel very drained each time I m in crowded places and need to rest just after.

I didn’t choose the moment it started, it was due to Divine Timing for 2 main reasons:
- I learnt to really LOVE and respect myself
- I have a «*special*» purpose here on Earth and belong to the group of what people could call «*Lightworkers*» and the activation was programmed and is necessary for us to do our work properly and 100%.
Got a lot psychic attacks from entities and interactions with ET’s (no joke- I lately had OBE where my consciousness was aware of ETs checking my body when I was sick)

The most mindblowing thing is to realize that we are far from alone in the galaxy and even on Earth... ;)
Humanity has to wake up because we are considered as slaves and it’s going against Free Will.
That’s why all is done to maintain people in fear, depression, anger and anxiety, so that people won’t wake up and connect to their Soul and Divinity because it would threaten the purpose of the ones who rule our Planet and stop feeding low vibrations entities from 4D.

Peace

I rised my kundalini years ago,and i didn't have these symptoms.I remember that i felt the snake wraping movement inside me,but it stabilized on it's own after some minutes.

From that point i did it several times, until i could feel nothing at all.And if there was a period of intense after effects,it lasted only for a few days.

As i told you allready,i experience a lot (if not all) of the symptoms you describe in your threads, and i'm not sure if they're related only to kundalini force or something else.

Whatever kind of energetic shift takes place, sooner or later it has to stabilize-compost.Take for example angelic invocations. You call on an angel, you feel the energy, but it wont last for ever.Sooner or later it starts to fade.(And the fading time is about two or three days)

I think what we're talking here is a disfunction of the immune system.I'm not sure about the main trigger of it,but it happens to a lot of people, and no one knows for sure what's going on.

Many people experience serious symptoms with a Kundalini activation. There are actually clinics and doctors that specialise in treating them. If you are interested, the book "Kundalini Rising" (available online, for instance on scribd) goes into considerable detail regarding the medical background, likely reasons for these symptoms as well as possible treatments.

I would say that for most people it's definitely not worth it. You have to be prepared to lose everything, including potentially your mind and ultimately your life. I myself was losing my mind and genuinely thought I might die, when a higher being stepped in to save me. If she had not done so, I might not be here today. Even after that I had a very challenging few years, I had to quit my job, my apartment, move countries and could not work for a considerable amount of time. I had to go through with it for my own reasons, I always wanted to know the Truth and now I know it, not just intellectually, but also as a lived experience. However, I had to pay a heavy price for it.

I don't know anybody else in real life (there are a few on this forum) who would be willing to sacrifice so much and risk everything in pursuit of the Truth. Everybody I know is basically only interested in shallow material things, at best they might have a passing interest in religion or showy spiritual stuff, but that's really it. Most people will never even get close to realising the truth, not in this lifetime and not in a thousand others.

@ Helix6 and NoOne,
Thank you both for your honest answers. For me personally, I sense danger when practicing this particular meditation. To be honest, I didn't seek to activate it, this process has happened on its own. So, I've been working on myself to eliminate baggage in my life that I know will prolong such effect if the kundalini activation sets fire.
I don't know if it's something that I can delay, as things seem to be spiraling in that direction. For the past decade, I've had obe's, sleep paralysis, and demonic attacks. I know that this stuff sounds ridiculous to most people, but my wife is an eye witness to such encounters. She once witnessed an entity floating above my body in the middle of the night as I was resisting an obe. She was dead asleep but woke up, and in turn woke me up.
In the meantime, I've been working with a simple breathing awareness mediation. However, last night at dinner, bursts of energy, and pictures began to flash in my head. I'm a bit worried.

It sure doesn’t sound ridiculous to me. Such experiences are not at all uncommon in one going through a spiritual awakening. Despite the general consensus that an awakening is all about puppies, butterflies and rainbows, in reality it can be harsh and brutal. There are also dark forces that will want to stop you from waking up. It is a bit like the situation Neo faced in the Matrix and these dark forces are like the agents from that movie. It is surprisingly accurate in many ways.

Once the Kundalini Serpent has started to awaken there is really not much you can do to stop it. It is best to give yourself over to the process and let it happen. Contact and communication with the Goddess can help a lot. She might even show up in person, if the situation warrants it. I would suggest listening to her signals as she rises in you and trying to communicate with her regarding what your specific needs and worries are. She also has the capacity to protect you from demonic attacks, through the fire of Kundalini. Once your serpent is fully risen, nobody can really touch you.

You know, when my problems started, something spoked through me when i was ready to sleep. My mouth said the words ,but they weren't coming from my consious self.
Next day i googled the words and their meaning was something about the ''goddess''
Aslo one night that i was attacked by thoughtforms,i saw in vision an old lady who was knitting. Then he showed me something like a box and inside the box there was a letter for me.

I had some other visions as well and most of the times the presence was female.

Hi NoOne,
Very interesting and also scary, when I regularly practiced mantra meditation I felt a growing, wild energy in my lower back, it felt a little sexual, was that kundalini?

What caused your kundalini activation, did you meditate, do yoga, were you doing spiritual rituals?
