Almost there?
Hi all,
been listening to guidance sessions from Paul Santisi and this works for me, because it looks like I'm making some progress.
The first time I had some tingling sensations. The second time too, but more intens.
The third time (just now) my body started "shaking". I read about the vibration state, but it wasn't gong up and down for me. It was mainly the upper body. Furthermore, afterwards I had the idea my calf muscle was a bit tight. Isn't that starnge since in the vibration state you don't actually shake fysically? I tried to relax even more, but the vibrating receeded, to my dissapointment.
What do you guys think?
