I think I saw an alien

So last night I had my usual session of meditation, but after few moments, something happened, it was just a moment, a humanoid figure appeared, it was just a flash, so I could not see much, but in my mind I can see it a little bit better, anyway, when it appeared, instantly it said to me: "Hello"; and then it disappeared instantly.I had the feeling that it was an alien, its body was covered with white and blue stripes, I could hear its voice like I hear people talking in real life but it was very intense, like coming from a place of high energy.

Now, I don't know, the feeling I was left with is that it was an alien, it was an amazing experience, you know, I was enjoying the silence when suddenly it happened.

One more thing, while writing this message, I started to see small orbs of light, they usually never appear in other moments, just when I am thinking/writing about spiritual things.
