Stay with this sort of sage
For the one who stays with the sage of this sort,

Nithya

~Greater in combat
Than a person who conquers
A thousand times a thousand people
Is the person who conquers herself/ himself.~

~ The mind, hard to control,
Flighty - alighting where it wishes -
One does well to tame.
The disciplined mind brings happiness. ~
