Sensation in feet related to blood and wounds

I have been thinking about the spiritual energy that I feel flow through my body sometimes, and have this specific "issue" I will call it, I've experienced as long as I can remember. Basically when I see blood or wounds I get a sensation in my feet. It shoots kind of from the bottom of my feet to about my ankles. I don't know if it is some kind of energy block, or what it is. I assume it is related to past life wounds as I can think of nothing else. Is there anyone with experience with this type of thing?

My thought is that it would refer to past life wounds. When I see wounds, I feel a tension in my stomach area, and I presumed, probably wrongly, that most people did. Have you tried a past life regression? I think the root of your situation might lie there, unless you saw someone with a severe injury to the foot and leg area as a child, and "forgot" it?

Yes I had assumed other people must feel it too, but have yet to find a soul! I tried a regression once, but honestly hypnosis just ain't my thing. I'm sure I've likely had injuries to my feet or legs. A lady who saw my guides told me about a life I was chained to the ground by my legs and tortured. But I really imagine it may have been a recurring theme over several lives. I had visible problems with my legs at birth as well and they still aren't quite straight. Perhaps I should find some alternative to past life healing that doesn't involve hypnosis, although I'm not sure if it's memories of past lives that will really do it for me personally. But maybe finding out the exact nature of the injury would put me on the right path.

I was thinking more in terms of a self-regression, rather than using a therapist. I can't think of another way to find out what the injury was. If the symptoms aren't troubling to you, maybe nothing needs to be done at all. Just accept that there's a valid reason for the symptom, and move on. It's possible that we all look for answers at this point in time when none are necessary. What do you think?

I agree also. It's not a negative feeling. Just something that always made me curious.

I'm not good at self regression either. I tend to just fall asleep or blank out, but I never have visualisations or anything. My conscious mind never moves out of the way except in sleep, and I have never had a past life dream.

I only remember OTHER people from past lives and what they were to me, but never get a clue of who I was.

I have used a simple technique that sometimes gives results, Lisbet. When I am in the receptive state, halfway between sleeping and waking, I ask that the answer to a past life question come to me in a dream. You are right - when we are asleep, all blockages are removed. I've used that technique to identify people in my current life as having been present in a past one. Identifying people has been difficult for me. You can ask to be shown why you have sensitivity in your legs and feet. Be prepared for the answer, though. I think sometimes we aren't "shown" things because we aren't ready to "see" them!
